Practice Schedule
(Concert Season):

Monday: Open until 4pm

Tuesday:   open until 4pm

Wednesday: open for additional help, sectionals, and practice (schedule with Mr. Jones in advance)

Thursday:  Open until 4pm

Friday: Closed.

Percussion Mini- Camp

All old and new members of the percussion section/drumline will meet for a mini-camp prior to the full Band Camp. the Mini Camp will take place July 20-23 3pm-8pm in the FHS Band Room and Auditorium. Contact Mr. Jones or Mr. Sexton for Details.

02/

Cut Time

If you have not been receiving Announcement/notifications from Cut Time, email Mr. Jones ASAP! this is our primary means of communication for information such as fees and dues, program info, and specific event info.

Band Camp

Pre-Season Band Camps is scheduled for July 27- July 31st from 8am - 6pm for all 2026-2027 band members. New Member cost is $100, returning member cost is $60. this cost includes summer activity insurance, shirt, Shoes (new members), and camp costs. More info here.

New Members

If you are considering being a part of the FHS band for the 2026-2027 school year, please go to the New Members section of the website and fill out our online registration so that you can be placed on our roster and contact lists.  If you have questions, please email Mr. Jones at david.jones2@marion.k12.fl.us
