PRACTICE SCHEDULE

After School
Practice Schedule
(Marching Season):

Monday: Open until 4pm

Tuesday:   Full marching Band Practice 3:30pm-5:30pm, Color guard until 6:30pm

Wednesday: open for additional help, sectionals, and practice (schedule with Mr. Jones in advance)

Thursday:  Full marching Band Practice 3:30pm-5:30pm, Color guard until 6:30pm

Friday: Check Calendar for Game Schedule.

All-District Auditions

Material for All-District Concert and Jazz Band has been posted and info was sent out via CutTime. if you need a contract. see Mr. Jones. Concert Auditions are Due Nov. 13th, Jazz Auditions are due Dec. 11th.

02/

MS Night 10/9

OUr Home Game on 10/9 will also be our Middle school night. we invite any 8th grader who is considering attending FHS next year to join us in the stands during the game and on the sidelines for halftime. See your MS Band Director for info.

OMBF

Saturday 10/17 is the Ocala Marching Band Festival at West Port High School. See the CutTime announcement or Email Mr. Jones for more info.

New Members

If you are considering being a part of the FHS band for the 2026-2027 school year, please go to the New Members section of the website and fill out our online registration so that you can be placed on our roster and contact lists.  If you have questions, please email Mr. Jones at david.jones2@marion.k12.fl.us
