Forest High School Band Program

   Mr. Knippel is a graduate of the College of Central Florida (then known as Central Florida Community College) and Florida State University majoring in Music Education on saxophone. He taught instrumental lessons in the Ocala area for several years and was the band director at Crystal River High School until 1998. He took over as the band director at Forest High School during the summer of 1998 after the departure of Mr. Barat. He remained in this position for only one year.

   After leaving FHS, Mr. Knippel went on to pursue a career in graphic design.
