Helping to raise funds to support the FHS Band Program in their performance endeavors, including taking the band to New York City to perform in the St. Patrick's Day Parade.

We invite you to attend the FHS Band Booster's 8th Annual Bunco Fundraiser and Silent Auction. This is a great night out that is fun, simple, and for a great cause!

The evening begins at the Elks Lodge at 6pm with drink and hors d'oeuvres, then a brief intro to the game for our newcomers (refresher for those that have attended before), fun and games begin at 7pm and run until a little after 9pm. All the while, items and baskets are available for silent auction and raffle. The game is played in groups so bring a friend, the more the merrier

What is Bunco?

It is a very simple dice game, played in groups of 4 (two teams of 2) Each round you roll for certain numbers (round 1- roll for 1's, round 2- Roll for 2's, etc) Each time you get a match you keep rolling. Each match is 1 pt. If all the dice match the number you are rolling for, its a BUNCO! (25 pts). You keep rolling as long as you roll at least 1 dice that matches the number you are rolling for. If there is no match, you pass the dice to the next person. The object is to get as many points as possible during the time limit. The team with the most points at the end of the round wins. THAT'S IT! Simple and Easy. 

Prizes at the end of the game for Most Buncos, Most wins, Least Wins, and Least Buncos as well as throughout the game. Its fast-paced, easy, and loads of fun.

The game is limited to 100 guests so get your tickets while they last.  Tickets are $20 and can be purchased  online here until Oct. 26th. Ticket price increases to $25 after, if still available, and can be purchased at the door.

All Proceeds to go benefit the Forest High School Band Program.

​

We are still looking for additional program sponsors or businesses willing to donate items or services to be included in our Silent Auction Baskets and raffles. if you are interested, contact Kathy Barnes.
